The Power Warranty

Power Eagle cleaning equipment, manufactured by AaLadin Industries, is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of (1) one year from the date of retail delivery to the original end user. Gun jets, hoses, and quick couplers are likewise covered for a period of (90) ninety days. Heating coils are warranted to the original purchaser for the life of the unit.

The seller's obligation under this warranty is limited, expressly, at our option, to replacement or repair of defective parts presented for warranty consideration to the manufacturer, or to an authorized service center designated by the manufacturer.

Internal combustion engines are warranted by their respective manufacturers and are not covered by the Power Eagle warranty. Trade accessories not manufactured by AaLadin Industries are likewise not covered under this warranty and are also subject to warranties of their manufacturers.

Damage to equipment caused by unreasonable use, freezing, use of improper chemicals, mineral buildup in, or detergent clogging heating coils, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, is excluded from coverage under this warranty.

Neither the manufacturer, nor seller of Power Eagle equipment shall be liable for consequential damages of any kind.

Any implied or statutory warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of this written warranty. We make no other warranty either expressed or implied, nor is anyone authorized to make any additional warranty on our behalf.
